Job Description: Data Analyst The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in streamlining document generation processes by accurately compiling and organizing data from various spreadsheets and data sources into a comprehensive master sheet. This master sheet will then be utilized to efficiently generate and send documents via DocuSign. Key Responsibilities: Data Collection and Validation: Gather data from multiple spreadsheets and data sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Verify data integrity and identify any discrepancies or missing information. Clean and standardize data to maintain data quality and consistency. Data Compilation: Organize and structure collected data into a well-defined master sheet. Apply appropriate formulas and functions to calculate and derive necessary information. Create clear and informative data visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs) to support analysis. Master Sheet Creation: Develop a comprehensive master sheet that accurately represents the required data for DocuSign. Ensure the master sheet is formatted correctly and includes all necessary fields for document generation. Data Export and Integration: Export the master sheet in a compatible format (e.g., CSV, Excel) for integration with DocuSign Bulk Send. Troubleshoot any issues related to data export or integration. Documentation and Support: Create and maintain clear documentation of data collection, compilation, and analysis processes. Provide ongoing support and assistance to users of the master sheet. Required Qualifications: Mastery in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas. Strong analytical skills and ability to develop solutions to problems independently and through facilitated team discussions. Exceptional customer service and organizational skills Attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Comfort in working in a fast-paced environment with moving targets and changing priorities. Comfort in presenting to groups and working in a client facing role. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data management and analysis tools. Knowledge of DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms. Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages. Data Transfer, Integration and Quality Analysis. Makes recommendations for streamlining processes. Assist advisor teams with discrepancies involving account data gathering. Organization and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders. Performs high-level analyses to identify trending issues across clients, products, integration or transition activities, etc. 3+ years of related experience preferred experience with technology or financial services industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
