I am searching for a personal assistant to help with some of the administrative duties of the restaurant I own as well as a smattering of personal responsibilities. There are a set number of tasks that would need to be completed weekly that can be done almost entirely remotely. They are as follows: Data entry into the tip sheet from the previous week and emailing regular tip breakdowns to the team Coding and uploading the invoices Filling out some cash logs and reviewing monthly petty cash logs to be uploaded Then there are a bunch of little tasks i would either like to delegate to the person filling this role or have them assist me in completing. Miscellaneous things like ordering more small flower vases, or setting up autopay for a vendor. I am the owner of Caffe Nonna in Sylvan Park. It's a great restaurant and I'm hoping to open another soon and my previous assistant is going full time into school so I'm looking for someone to fill her role. I am a little too ADD to do all the little things a lot of people normally do and just want someone on my team to shore up those little admin weaknesses i have that can really add up. I want someone nice and trustworthy. Money is fair, but you'll also get free wine and food when you want. Looking forward to working with whomever ends up filling the position! p.s. I also only really need you to be in person 1 day of the week for 2-3 hours. Other than that most of the work can be done remotely.
