Key Accountabilities 1. Support the Event Project Manager in event planning timelines
schedules
and budgets to ensure the ACYF is delivered successfully. 2. Understand and undertake tasks that align with ACYF goals
objectives
and outcomes. 3. Support the successful delivery of key milestones
planning phases and deadlines in the lead up to ACYF. 4. Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of ACYF. 5. Contribute to event operational plans and processes. 6. Attend relevant ACYF committee and planning meetings. 7. Document and record key decisions
ideas and communication relating to ACYF. 8. Perform other tasks as reasonably required by the Event Project Manager (ACYF). 9. The Archdiocese may require you to undertake other duties from time to time commensurate with your qualifications
