I am writing to you as a valued member of the Zamstar manufacturer company, where I have had the pleasure of working for the past few years. As a dedicated employee, I have observed and analyzed the current state of our company and I believe there are certain measures that can be taken to improve our productivity.
Firstly, I must commend the hard work and dedication of our team in creating high-quality products including walldrops, kitchen units and other related items. However, I have noticed that we have limited customers and our marketing strategies are not as effective as they should be. This has resulted in a decrease in demand for our products and at times, our employees are left with nothing to do but wait for customer orders. I strongly believe that with some improvements, we can increase our customer base and boost our sales.
To begin with, I would like to suggest the creation of an online platform where customers can view our products and leave recommendations for others to see. In today's digital age, having an online presence is crucial for any business to thrive. By showcasing our work online, we can reach out to a wider audience and attract potential customers. Additionally, satisfied customers can leave positive reviews, which will serve as a form of free advertising for our company.
Moreover, I have noticed that many of our customers are located outside of Lusaka province, which makes it difficult for them to come and place orders. This leads to an increase in transportation costs for them. To address this issue, I propose that we offer an online ordering system for customers who are unable to physically visit our location. This will save them time and money, and also make it easier for them to place orders. By providing this option, we can cater to a larger market and increase our sales.
In addition to this, I suggest that we hire at least one person specifically for the task of taking measurements. This will help us avoid any errors in the measurements of our products, which can often lead to delays and unsatisfied customers. By having a dedicated person for this task, we can ensure accuracy and timely delivery of our products.
Furthermore, I believe that we can expand our reach by distributing our products to shops that sell kitchen units and walldrops. This will not only increase our customer base but also boost our gross income. By collaborating with these shops, we can tap into their existing customer base and showcase our products to potential buyers.
Lastly, I would like to recommend that we invest in advertisement for our company. In today's competitive market, it is crucial to make our presence known and stand out from our competitors. By advertising our company, we can create brand awareness and attract more customers. This can be done through various platforms such as social media, print media, and even through word-of-mouth marketing.
