Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's goals and objectives
Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive work environment Manage employee benefits
including enrollment
changes
and inquiries
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for employee retention and engagement
Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective solutions Prepare and analyze HR reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues
Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall success of the company Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
preferably in the technology/Telecom industry
Strong knowledge of UAE HR laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
