We’re looking for a skilled UI Designer to create visually engaging interfaces for our AI-powered chatbot. Catalyser (www.catalyser.com) is a workplace giving platform, and we currently have several ongoing projects. We need an extra set of hands to assist with the UI design for a project with a tight deadline. The project involves designing the user interface for our AI reporting tool, which allows clients to query their data and generate reports and visuals. The tool’s back-end integrates with ChatGPT. We’ve already completed the UX, we also use Figma and have all of the styles set, so we’re now looking for a talented UI designer to bring the front-end to life. Project Overview: Project Brief: AI-Powered Chatbot with Visual Integration for Report Generation We are developing a web-based chatbot capable of generating reports and visualisations from internal data on donations, user logins, and volunteering. The chatbot can use OpenAI’s GPT or Claude API to interpret user queries and provide accurate, data-driven responses. Additionally, the chatbot will integrate with Plotly for creating and displaying visual graphs and trend analyses. The system will allow clients to request complex insights such as trend analysis or filter donations and volunteering activities by specific events. It will also allow them to change the colours of the graphs to match their corporate colours. Clients will also be able to download CSV files or tables to use. The chat bot should have an orderly way of saving chats so that admins can refer back to them. There will also be templates that are based on certain search queries we believe companies may use often. The user will also be able to archive search results to keep down clutter of info.
