Dear WVSU-Registrar, I am interested in applying for the position of student assistant. This position is ideal for me because it will allow me to use my organizational and customer service skills while also gaining more experience in the field of education. I am a sophomore at West Virginia State University and I am majoring in Elementary Education. I am a highly organized and efficient person, which makes me perfect for a job that requires excellent customer service skills. I have a strong work ethic and I am always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. In my previous customer service experience, I have learned how to handle difficult customer service inquiries and how to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. I am confident that I can use these skills to provide excellent service to students and faculty at WVSU.
