I also conducted statistical analysis using Power BI, SPSS, STATA, and R. My work involved conducting M&E using child protection tools, and I was able to analyze the data collected and present it at the national level. My efforts were recognized and commended by my supervisor, who was impressed with the accuracy and quality of my work. One of my strengths is my ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels. I have honed my skills in capacity building activities through my work at Zomba District Council and Machinga ADD. I was responsible for conducting training and mentorship activities for different management levels, and I am proud to say that my efforts have led to improved performance and outcomes.
