Furthermore, I possess a Certificate of VCT Counseling and have completed Grade 12. I am also a registered member of a professional body, and I have over 3 years of experience in recruitment and retention, in addition to 1 year of counseling experience in both VCT and research settings. I am also familiar with Good Clinical Practice standards and am proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word. My ability to work well under pressure, my flexibility, and my HIV and VCT experience make me well-suited for this role.
