Dear Hiring Manager, I am writing to apply for the position of Women’s Shelter at WIN House. I am a passionate and experienced social worker who is dedicated to supporting women who have experienced violence and abuse. I have worked in a variety of settings with women who have experienced violence, including a women’s shelter, a domestic violence hotline, and a community counselling centre. In each of these positions, I have provided support, advocacy, and crisis intervention. I am confident that I have the skills and experience required for this position. I am committed to working collaboratively with other agencies to provide wrap-around support for women who have experienced violence. I am also passionate about prevention work and have experience delivering workshops on healthy relationships and violence prevention.
