My studies have given me a comprehensive understanding of fruit production, from cultivation and harvesting to post-harvest processing and quality control. I am confident that I can put this knowledge to good use in the Accelerated Graduate Programme. In addition to my academic qualifications, I have also gained valuable experience working in a production environment. During my internship at a local vineyard, I was responsible for assisting with all aspects of grape production, from vineyard management to winemaking. This experience has given me a good understanding of what it takes to run a successful fruit operation and I am confident that I can contribute to the success of Westfalia Fruit Estate. I am a hardworking and motivated individual with a strong passion for horticulture.
