My name is Kristin Hall and I have been in the education field for over 10 years. Throughout my career, I have held various leadership roles, including Vice Principal and Curriculum Coordinator. These experiences have allowed me to develop a strong understanding of the administrative responsibilities and challenges that come with being a school principal.
What particularly drew me to this position at West Central Elementary is the school's commitment to providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all students. I am passionate about creating a positive school culture where students feel valued, supported, and motivated to reach their full potential. I was thrilled to learn about the various initiatives and programs that the school has implemented to promote academic and personal growth, such as the social-emotional learning curriculum and the partnership with local community organizations.

In addition, I have a proven track record of implementing successful academic programs and initiatives. In my current role as Curriculum Coordinator, I have led the development and implementation of a new literacy program that has resulted in significant improvements in student achievement. Furthermore, I am a strong advocate for professional development and believe in continuously learning and growing as an educator. I have completed various leadership training programs and hold a Master's degree in Educational Leadership.
