The team is looking for an experienced Account Manager to support the delivery of KPIs on large commercial contracts and for the development of our win back strategy where new business development will be key to the role. The role will suit you if you are: A team player who supports colleagues and works with other to achieve the best outcome for the customer and business. Strategic Account Management experience of high value portfolios. Someone that possesses excellent time-management skills. High Value new business development experience. A self-starter with ability to work on own initiative An excellent communicator and facilitator WHAT WILL YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE? Working closely and proactively with all of your customers
by attending regular face to face and site meetings and Teams meetings
as well as interaction by e-mail and telephone. You will be the customer champion within Wave and more broadly

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? A desire to provide the highest levels of customer service. The ability to work in a structured way to ensure consistency of the service provided. A team player who supports colleagues and works with other to achieve the best outcome for the customer and business. Numerical literacy with good analytical and MS Excel skills. The ability to write effective communications. Excellent time-management and organisational skills. A degree or equivalent experience in a related subject. Account Management experience with a history of developing long-term relationships with a variety of key customers.
