Dear Virginia Tech Athletics Department, I am writing in regards to the open recruiting position. As a former Division I athlete, I understand the dedication and commitment required to be a successful collegiate athlete. My time as a student-athlete has instilled in me the importance of teamwork, time management, and communication. These skills will be essential in my role as a recruiter, as I will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recruiting talented student-athletes to Virginia Tech. In addition to my personal experience, I have a Masters degree in Sports Management from George Mason University. This education has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the recruiting process and the NCAA rules and regulations governing recruiting. I am confident that I can utilize my skills and knowledge to effectively recruit the best student-athletes to Virginia Tech.
