I have a deep understanding of the game of lacrosse, having played at the collegiate level and continued to stay involved in the sport through coaching and volunteering. I have also managed and led successful teams, both on and off the field, and have a proven track record of fostering a positive and high-performing culture. In my current role as Head Coach of a high school lacrosse team, I have developed and implemented training programs that have consistently led to improved performance and results. I have also been responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of my players, and have implemented protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of injury. In addition to my practical experience, I have a strong educational background in sports management and leadership. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Recreation Management and a Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Development. These programs have equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage and lead teams, as well as the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. I am also a lifelong learner and am always seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and expertise in the sports industry.
