I believe that building a strong and trusting relationship with students and their families is crucial in achieving successful behavior interventions. I am committed to building a positive and supportive relationship with each student I work with, as well as collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistency and continuity in behavior support.
My strong work ethic and leadership skills have also played a significant role in my success as a behavior specialist. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively. I have also led and supervised behavior intervention teams in previous roles, demonstrating my ability to guide and motivate a team towards a common goal.
