To whom it may concern, I am writing in regards to the English Language Learner Summer School Assistant position at Upper Darby School District. I am immensely passionate about working with students as an educator, and I firmly believe that all students have the ability to succeed if given the proper guidance and support. As an assistant role, I would be responsible for helping to plan and implement the summer school program for English Language Learners. I would also be responsible for working closely with the students, monitoring their progress, and providing support as needed. I am confident that I have the skills and experience necessary to be an excellent English Language Learner Summer School Assistant. I have a Bachelor's degree in Education, and I am certified to teach English as a Second Language. I have also worked as a tutor for several years, and I have experience working with students from a variety of backgrounds. Most importantly, I have a deep commitment to helping all students succeed. I am patient, caring, and I have a great deal of experience working with students who are struggling. I am confident that I can make a positive difference in the lives of the students I work with, and I am eager to put my skills to work in this role.
