and standard operating procedures to guide department operations
including counselling

and upskilling. ● Contribute to the development and review of curricula and materials for counselling and spiritual programs
ensuring they remain consistent with evidence-based best practices. ● Ensure all counselling and pastoral care services are delivered professionally
ethically
and in compliance with industry standards
regulations
and organizational policies. ● Provide technical guidance and training to Project Officers - Spiritual and Counselling to implement programs
ensuring ongoing professional development. ● Develop referral mechanisms for mental health concerns beyond UNTOLD programming. RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT AND COLLABORATION ● Foster collaboration and communication within the department through regular meetings and activities that build synergy across regions and departments. ● Establish and manage partnerships with external stakeholders
enhancing spiritual and counselling programs
