In terms of my skills and experience, I have over 10 years of experience in electoral processes, both at the national and international levels. I have worked as an Electoral Officer for various organizations, including the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES). In these roles, I have been responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring electoral processes, as well as providing technical assistance and capacity building to electoral management bodies.
My experience has equipped me with a strong understanding of international best practices in electoral processes, as well as the ability to adapt to different political and cultural contexts. I have also developed excellent project management skills, which I believe will be crucial in leading and coordinating the UNMISS Electoral Team.
Additionally, I possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, which have been essential in identifying and addressing challenges in past electoral processes. I am also highly proficient in stakeholder engagement and have a proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with government officials, civil society organizations, and other key stakeholders.
