In terms of my skills and qualifications, I have recently completed my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a major in Counselling, from the University of Limpopo. During my studies, I have gained a solid foundation in various counselling theories and techniques, as well as practical experience through internships and volunteer work at several counselling centers. In addition, I have also completed a certificate course in Career Counselling, which has equipped me with the necessary skills to assist individuals in making informed and fulfilling career choices.
Apart from my academic qualifications, I possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, which are crucial in building rapport and establishing a therapeutic relationship with clients. I am a good listener and have the ability to empathize and understand the concerns of others. I am also a patient and non-judgmental individual, who respects the diversity of individuals and their unique experiences. Furthermore, I am proficient in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans and implementing appropriate interventions, as well as keeping accurate and confidential records.
My experiences have also taught me the importance of self-care and continuous personal and professional development. I am a self-motivated individual and always seek out opportunities to learn and grow.
