confident and empathic manner. 3. Experience of direct work offering advice
guidance and support to clients experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties. 4. Demonstrable resilience in managing the challenges and responsibility of student mental health cases. 5. Successful completion of an enhanced DBS check 6. Sensitivity to the circumstances of students
including inclusivity
cultural awareness

A comprehensive understanding of wellbeing and mental health issues in higher education comprising an awareness of interventions designed to promote better student mental health 2.
