Furthermore, my knowledge of Hyper-V, vCenter/VMWare, and PegaReach has enabled me to create and manage virtual machines, ensuring that the systems are running at optimal levels. I am also well-versed in MS Exchange, MS 0365, and SQL Server, which has allowed me to handle email and server-related issues effectively. My experience in Network/VLAN Administration and WiFi Access Points has equipped me with the skills to manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity. In my current role, I have also gained experience in system auditing and documentation.
