My skills and expertise in Gender, Youth and Social Inclusion have been honed through years of experience working with various organizations and communities. I have led projects that focused on promoting gender equality and addressing social issues faced by marginalized groups, including women and youth. Through my work, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by these groups and have successfully implemented strategies to address them. One of my biggest strengths is my experience in meaningful youth participation and youth-led organizations' engagement in community health. In my previous roles, I have worked closely with youth-led organizations and have seen the positive impact they can have on community health and development. Furthermore, I have a proven track record in social marketing for reducing maternal morbidity and mortality. I have worked on projects that aimed to increase access to quality reproductive health services and reduce maternal mortality rates. I am well-versed in developing and implementing social marketing strategies, and I am confident that I can contribute to UNFPA's efforts in this area. In addition to my skills and experience, I have regional experience in developing initiatives for introducing and scaling up new and lesser-used products for maternal health, including contraception and safe abortion products. I am familiar with the challenges faced in this area and have successfully implemented projects that have improved access to these products. As mentioned in my resume, I have a strong preference for the position to be based in Ouagadougou.
