By See yiu

Dear Supervisor, I hope this letter finds you in a good mood, because I am about to make your day even better! My name is See Yiu and I am thrilled to be applying for the HR manager position at TSLG. Yes, you heard it right, TSLG, the company that's known for its amazing work culture, endless opportunities for growth, and of course, the free snacks in the break room (I heard they have a whole section dedicated to chocolate, but don't tell anyone I told you that). Now, I know what you're thinking, "Why should I even bother reading this letter when I have a pile of other boring cover letters to go through?" Well, first of all, I would like to apologize on behalf of those other candidates for being so dull and unoriginal. But fear not, because I am here to add some much-needed humor and personality to your day. Plus, I have some pretty impressive skills that I know will make you want to hire me on the spot. Let's talk about the position itself. HR manager, huh? That sounds fancy. I can already imagine myself walking around the office with a clipboard, pretending to be busy while actually just trying to look important. But in all seriousness, I am genuinely excited about this role because it involves two things that I absolutely love - recruiting and negotiation. I mean, who doesn't love the thrill of convincing someone to join their team and then negotiating their salary? It's like a real-life version of "The Bachelor", but instead of roses, we give out job offers. And let's be real, that's way more important. Now, let's talk about TSLG. I have been following the company for a while now and I have to say, I am impressed. Not just with the free snacks (although, that is definitely a huge bonus), but with the company's values and mission. I love how TSLG prioritizes employee satisfaction and growth, and how it values diversity and inclusivity. These are all qualities that I look for in a company and I am excited about the opportunity to be a part of such a positive and progressive work environment. But enough about the company, let's talk about me (the most important part, obviously). As an HR manager, I know that my role is crucial in attracting and retaining top talent. And let me tell you, I have some serious skills when it comes to recruiting. I have a knack for finding the perfect candidate for a job, whether it's through traditional methods or thinking outside the box. I am also a pro at creating job postings that are so enticing, people can't help but apply. And my interviewing skills? Let's just say, I can charm the pants off of anyone (figuratively speaking, of course). But that's not all, I am also a master negotiator. I have been known to get the best deals on everything, from a car to a pack of gum. My friends always make me do the bargaining for them because they know I can get them the best price. And when it comes to negotiating salaries and benefits for potential employees, I am like a shark in a suit. I know how to strike the perfect balance between the company's budget and the employee's expectations, ensuring a win-win situation for everyone involved. Oh, and did I mention that I am also fluent in Mandarin? That's right, I am not just a one-trick pony, I have some mad language skills too. Being fluent in Mandarin not only makes me a great fit for TSLG's Taiwan location, but it also adds value to my role as an HR manager. I can communicate effectively with a wider range of candidates and employees, making sure everyone's voices are heard and understood. Now, I know that I may not have the most traditional background for an HR manager, but I believe that my skills and personality make me the perfect fit for this role. I am a quick learner with a positive attitude and a great sense of humor (as you may have already noticed). I am confident that I can bring a fresh perspective and a lot of enthusiasm to the team at TSLG. So, Supervisor, I hope I have convinced you that I am the right person for the job. I am ready to hit the ground running and be a part of the amazing team at TSLG. I am available for an interview at your convenience and I promise to bring my A-game (and some chocolate, if you're lucky). Thank you for considering my application and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely, See Yiu (the future HR manager at TSLG)
