I have a bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction and have conducted user research for a variety of companies, including a automotive software startup. I am also proficient in a variety of research methods, including ethnographic research, surveys, and usability testing. In addition to my research skills, I am also an excellent communicator and have a strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders. I am confident that I can effectively represent the needs of users to stakeholders and influence product decision-making.
