Dear Whom it May Concern, I am interested in applying for the position of Youth & Community Manager at Tottenham Hotspur Community Foundation. This role is particularly appealing to me as it combines my two passions of working with young people and sport. I have over 10 years’ experience working with young people in a variety of settings including schools, youth clubs and community centres. I am skilled at engaging young people and motivating them to achieve their potential. I have a strong track record of designing and delivering programmes that meet the needs of young people and achieve positive outcomes. I am also a qualified football coach and have worked as a community coach for Tottenham Hotspur Foundation for the past 5 years. In this role I have delivered a range of football and multi-sports programmes to young people of all abilities. I am passionate about using sport to engage young people and have seen first-hand the positive impact it can have on their lives. I believe my skills and experience make me the perfect candidate for this role. I am excited about the opportunity to work for Tottenham Hotspur Community Foundation and help make a positive difference to the lives of young people in the local community.
