I also possess strong leadership skills, which I have honed through my previous experience as a shift leader at a local coffee shop. In this role, I was responsible for supervising and training new employees, as well as managing the daily operations of the store. This experience has taught me the importance of effective communication and teamwork, which I believe are essential for any successful work environment. Organization is another strength of mine, and I take great pride in my attention to detail and ability to multitask. I understand the importance of keeping an organized workspace, especially in a fast-paced environment like an ice cream shop. As a part-time role, this position at Thurgood Creamery is the perfect opportunity for me to gain valuable experience while also pursuing my other interests and commitments.
