In my previous role as a Development Officer at XYZ Nonprofit, I was responsible for managing a portfolio of major donors, overseeing all aspects of stewardship, and coordinating special events. In this role, I cultivated and stewarded relationships that resulted in increased giving from my portfolio of donors. I am confident that I can bring this same level of success to Thrive Scholars. In addition to my experience, I have the skills and attributes needed to thrive in this role. I am an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and have a strong attention to detail. I am highly organized and have the ability to multitask, which will come in handy when managing a portfolio of donors. I am also comfortable working in a remote environment, which is preferred for this position.
