Dear Prof. Dr. Zellner, I am writing in regards to the Junior Professor International Management position at THI Business School. I am immensely excited about this particular position as it emphasizes cross-cultural management, a topic that I am passionate about. In my previous role as a management consultant, I worked extensively with clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds and I understand the challenges and opportunities that come with managing a culturally diverse team.
