Dear Recruiting Manager, As a recent graduate of the University at Buffalo, I am interested in the Student Solutions Assistant position. This position is a perfect match for my skills in customer service and my knowledge of university processes. In my previous role as a Customer Service Representative at a local retail store, I learned the importance of providing excellent customer service.
