Dear HR, I am writing to apply for the position of Research and Evaluation Lead at The Pharo Foundation. This position interests me because of my passion for social justice and my skills in research and data analysis. I have a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Nairobi, Kenya and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Moi University, Kenya. I have worked as a research consultant for several NGOs in Kenya, conducting studies on topics such as access to education, women's empowerment, and HIV/AIDS prevention. I have also worked as a data analyst for an international development organization, where I managed large data sets and produced reports for donors and government partners. I am confident that I have the skills and experience required for this position. I am a strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and identify key issues. I am also an excellent communicator, both in writing and in person. I am excited about the opportunity to use my skills to contribute to the important work of The Pharo Foundation.
