I am writing in regards to the Administrative Assistant position at The Kinkaid School. I am very excited about this opportunity and feel that my qualifications and experiences make me the perfect candidate for the job.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and have been working in an administrative capacity for the past five years. I am extremely organized and efficient, and have no problem handling multiple tasks simultaneously. I am also a proficient user of Microsoft Office and other common office software.
In my previous positions, I have been responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling customer inquiries. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and am able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
