As an Admissions Coordinator, I would be responsible for managing the admissions process for the nursing home. This would involve coordinating with families, hospitals, and other care facilities to ensure a smooth transition for our residents. I would also be responsible for maintaining our admissions metrics and ensuring that our admissions process is efficient and effective.
I am confident that I would excel in this role. I am a self-starter who is able to work independently and is also a strong team player. I am also very metrics-driven and enjoy working with data to improve processes. In my previous role as an Admissions Counselor, I successfully implemented a new admissions process that reduced our average admissions time by 30%.
I am open to either a full-time or part-time role, and am flexible on location. I am currently based in Boston, but would be willing to relocate if necessary. I am also open to working remotely, as I have a home office set-up that would allow me to work effectively from anywhere.
