Support the delivery of ‘A Game for All Strategy' and ‘use our influence to deliver a game free from discrimination' changer objectives by: Providing coach development for coaches from historically underrepresented groups across the Grassroots game: Support County Football Associations (CFAs) with the delivery of their ongoing and wider coach development offer. Highlight and evidence geographical need for area to support future recruitment of mentors and community champions. Provide support to CFA's and community organisations/clubs in creating local communities of practice to support and develop coaches from historically underrepresented groups. Develop and sustain a wider support network for talented coaches from historically underrepresented groups. Develop sustainable and inclusive development programmes to create personalised and connected learning experiences for coaches from historically underrepresented groups. Manage and continually review the strategic deployment of mentors/community champions within the region to best support the development of coaches. Maximise strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the game: Build strong relationships with key personnel within CFAs and other key stakeholders. Work closely with CFAs to map out key target areas are for the region. Develop strong relationships working with the Central EDI Team and CFA Inclusion Advisory Groups to develop strategic plans to increase the number of coaches from historically underrepresented groups. Work closely with the Learning and Development team and collaborate with the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) team to develop relevant content and resources
providing technical input specifically for the grassroots game and for coaches from historically underrepresented groups. Work with the Learning and Development team ensure high quality and consistent delivery of coach education and development. Looking at non-traditional partnerships and developing delivery practises with a change in culture for Diversity and Inclusion. Additional responsibilities: Identify
