The Consular Cover Letter

My application was submitted to the Poland visa application center in VFS Kolkata, India, under the Embassy of Republic of Poland embassy in New Delhi, India on 02nd August 2023, along with all required documents, as per the enclosed copies of my application documents. I was deeply disappointed to receive a refusal letter from the Consular Department of your Embassy on 23rd August 2023. The reason provided for the visa denial was that there were doubts regarding the reliability of the statements I made about the purpose of my stay in Poland.
