Dear Board of Trustees, I am writing to express my interest in the Head of School position at The Colorado Springs School. This is a position that I am extremely passionate about and I firmly believe that I have the skills and experience needed to be successful in this role. I have been in education for over 20 years and have spent the last 10 years as a head of school. In this role, I have been responsible for the overall operation of the school, including the development and implementation of academic programs, budgets, and policies. I have also been responsible for fundraising, marketing, and community relations. I am confident that I can bring my experience and expertise to The Colorado Springs School and help continue its tradition of excellence. In addition to my experience, I also have a strong belief in the mission of The Colorado Springs School. I believe that every child deserves a quality education, regardless of their background or circumstances.
