Dear Tewksbury Public Schools, I am writing in regards to the open position for Personnel Aide. I am immensely excited about this opportunity to join the Tewksbury Public Schools team. I have spent the last several years working in various pre-kindergarten classrooms, and have developed a great deal of skill in adapting my teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child. I am also experienced in working with children on the autism spectrum, and have a deep understanding of the unique challenges and perspectives that these students bring to the classroom. In addition to my pre-k experience, I am also an outside-of-the-box thinker who is always looking for new and innovative ways to engage students in learning. I am confident that I can bring a fresh perspective to the role of Personnel Aide, and am eager to utilize my skills and experience in this new capacity. I am committed to supporting the Tewksbury Public Schools community, and am excited to be a part of the team.
