I have conducted at least 2 related assessments in the last 1 year, and I have demonstrated experience in participatory evaluation methodologies and tools including case studies and most significant change. I have also worked in the respective BAB districts and I am fluent in Somalia language. I have a good understanding of programming issues related to conflict situations and humanitarian interventions with a focus on education and conflict sensitivity, do no harm, livelihoods, advocacy for gender equality, and a human-rights-based approach. I am also gender balanced and I have an adequate understanding of the operating context and cultural and community sensitivities. I have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in social sciences, gender, and development, international development, development assessments, IT, economics, Business administration, public administration population displacement studies, or related fields. I also have excellent knowledge and understanding of assessment methodologies and processes including mixed methods of qualitative and quantitative data collection approaches. I am also experienced in the development of monitoring and evaluation frameworks and log-frames. I am also experienced in gathering and systematizing large amounts of data. I also have the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information through a protection lens. I am also experienced in managing projects in complex and dangerous environments.
