I have over 5 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant and have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in this role. I am also a highly competent user of Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
In my current role, I provide administrative support to a team of senior executives. This includes managing their diary, organising travel and accommodation, preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and dealing with correspondence. I am also responsible for managing the team budget, processing invoices and maintaining financial records. My experience and skills make me the perfect candidate for this role.
