Dear Hiring Manager, I am writing to express my interest in the Behavioral Technician position at STEPS Behavioral Health. I am a recent graduate of XYZ University with a degree in psychology and I have previous experience working with children with behavioral issues. I am passionate about helping others and I believe that this position would be a perfect fit for my skills and interests.
