Dear Recruiting Team, I am writing to apply for the position of support worker at Stepping Stone. I am confident that I have the skills and experience required for this role and I am eager to put my skills to work in a new environment. I have worked as a support worker for many years and I have a passion for helping others. I am patient, caring and I have a good sense of humour. I am also very reliable and I am always willing to go the extra mile to help those I am supporting. I have a good understanding of the needs of those with learning disabilities and I am confident that I can provide the support required. I am also familiar with a range of communication aids and I am happy to use these to support those I am working with. I am keen to use my skills and experience to make a difference to the lives of those I am supporting. I am confident that I can provide the high level of support required and I am looking forward to working with Stepping Stone.
