I have worked for the Ministry of Health in Khartoum State, Sudan, in various positions within the Oral Health Directorate. Through hard work and dedication, I worked my way up to the top management position of Director of Oral Health Directorate. In this role, I was responsible for strategic planning, development of annual plans and policies, and oversight of the School Oral Health and Oral Health Care programs. My MSc research on developing oral health care programs for pregnant women attending public clinics was also implemented and proved to be successful. One of my proudest accomplishments was participating in the development of the Oral Health Education Guide for basic school children in Khartoum State, Sudan. This project aimed to educate and promote good oral health practices among young children, and I was honored to be a part of it. I also have experience in managing staff, liaising with external organizations, and handling budgets within tight constraints. My proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher, as well as my experience with Project Management software and EndNote, make me well-equipped to handle various administrative tasks.
