I have worked in customer service for many years and have developed excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I am able to remain calm and professional in challenging situations and have a proven track record of resolving customer issues in a satisfactory manner. I am also proficient in a number of computer applications and have a good working knowledge of the internet and social media.
In addition to my customer service experience, I have also completed a certificate III in Business Administration. This has given me a strong foundation in basic business principles and office procedures.
I am confident that I have the skills and experience required for the customer support specialist position and would be a valuable asset to the STACS team. I am eager to put my skills to work in a challenging and rewarding environment and am available to start work immediately.
