One of the reasons why I am particularly drawn to this position is the opportunity to support all programs and school activities, including school-wide Positive Behaviour Supports and Interventions, excursions, and school community events. I believe that a holistic approach to education is crucial in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for students. With my experience in organizing and leading various school activities, I am confident that I can contribute to creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students at St Paul’s College.
In addition to my experience in the field, I have also completed a Bachelor's degree in Education with a specialization in Special Education. This has equipped me with a deep understanding of the various learning needs and challenges that students with disabilities may face. I am also well-versed in different teaching strategies and methodologies that can be used to support students with diverse learning styles. I am a strong believer in the power of education and its ability to positively impact students' lives, and I am committed to continuously learning and adapting my skills to better support students.
One of the reasons why I am particularly excited about the prospect of working at St Paul’s College is the emphasis on working effectively with parents. I strongly believe that involving parents in their child's education is crucial in ensuring their success. With my experience in working with parents of students with disabilities, I am confident in my ability to build strong and positive relationships with parents, always displaying professional behavior and understanding the unique challenges they may face.
In my previous role, I was actively involved in all college activities, including lunch, recess, staff room duty, and special events. I thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the school community and interacting with students outside of the classroom. I believe that this not only helps in building strong relationships with students but also allows me to better understand their needs and provide the necessary support.
In addition to my experience and skills, I bring with me a passionate and enthusiastic attitude towards education.
