Hello, I am writing in regards to the Learning Support Assistant for Key Stage 1 position at South bank. I am very excited about this opportunity and feel that my skills and experience would make me the perfect candidate for the job. I have experience working with children in a school setting and have a real passion for helping them to learn and grow. I am patient and supportive, and have a good sense of how to adapt my teaching to meet the needs of individual children. I am also confident in my ability to manage behaviour, and have a good understanding of the challenges that some children face in the classroom. In addition to my experience, I have a degree in Education and Psychology, which I believe has given me a strong foundation on which to build my career as a Learning Support Assistant.
