Dear Children in Street Situation (CiSS) Project Officer, I am writing to express my enthusiastic interest in the Intern position with SOS Children’s Villages Tanzania. My name is Bernad Marakalinga Ahobokile and I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Education in Psychology. I have been following the work of SOS Children’s Villages Tanzania and I am impressed by the impact they have made in the lives of vulnerable children and families. What most attracts me to this particular position is the opportunity to work with the Children in Street Situation (CiSS) Project. During my studies, I have gained a deep understanding of child development theories and practices, as well as the various factors that contribute to children’s well-being. In addition, I have completed a number of internships and volunteer positions where I have had the opportunity to work directly with children and families from diverse backgrounds. These experiences have equipped me with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which are crucial for building relationships and working effectively with others. I am also proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience in data analysis and report writing. What sets me apart from other candidates is my passion for making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable children. I have always been drawn to organizations that focus on providing support and resources to those in need, and I believe that SOS Children’s Villages Tanzania is the perfect platform for me to do just that.
