I am efficient in scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and billing insurance companies. I am also a proficient typist and have experience using a variety of office equipment.
In addition to my administrative skills, I am also excellent at customer service. I am patient and have a pleasant demeanor, which would be beneficial when dealing with patients. I am also able to handle a high volume of work and remain calm under pressure.
