I have more than 10 years of experience working in customer service and hospitality. In my current role as a Customer Service Manager, I am responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives. I have experience making reservations, managing customer inquiries, and handling customer complaints. I have also been successful in resolving conflict and diffusing difficult situations.
In addition to my customer service experience, I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. I am also proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
