As a highly experienced and dedicated professional, I have spent the last decade honing my skills in various areas, including conflict resolution, project management, event management, operations, safety coordination, emergency response, nursing, human resources, administration, and calendar management. With my experience in community building and activity volunteering, including chess club, ski club, jazz band, marching band, youth basketball, and my role as an executive director in a non-profit organization, I am confident that I possess the necessary skills and experience to excel in this role.

My background in nursing and emergency response has equipped me with the necessary skills to handle any medical emergencies that may occur on campus. I am also well-versed in safety protocols and procedures, and I am confident in my ability to coordinate emergency responses effectively. As an Assistant Dean of Residence Life, I am committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all students under my care.
I am also excited about the opportunity to utilize my experience in human resources and administration in this role. With my strong organizational skills and attention to detail, I am confident that I can efficiently manage calendars, schedules, and budgets, ensuring the smooth operation of the residence life program. I am also well-versed in managing contracts and grants, and I am eager to contribute my skills in this area to the school.
Located in the quaint and picturesque town of New Hope, PA, Solebury School's location is another aspect that appeals to me. I have always been drawn to the beauty and charm of small towns, and I believe that New Hope would be an ideal place for me to settle down and grow both personally and professionally. Additionally, my previous experience in the area has given me a strong understanding of the local community and its needs, making me well-suited for this role.
