Dear SMYAL, I am writing in regards to the School Engagement Specialist position. I am immensely passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community and have a great deal of experience in community support, advocacy, and facilitation. I believe that my skills and experience would make me the perfect candidate for this position. I am particularly interested in this position because of my interest in working with youth. I believe that it is essential to support young people in the LGBTQ+ community and help them to feel comfortable and confident in themselves.
